Dale "DJ" Descant  is the Owner-Operator of Quality Painting Service.  Dale has over 30 years experience in Residential - Commercial - Industrial repaint and has been a Painting Contractor with good standing in Bay County Florida since 1984.  Dale retired from the U.S. Navy in June 1986 to become a full-time reliable, professional and trustworthy Painting Contractor.
